GET a job in Gading Serpong area prompted me to choose to move there. The calm and beautiful atmosphere makes me comfortable living in the area developed by Summarecon Agung and Paramount Serpong.

The neat sidewalks make me who likes to walk more routinely do it. The daily activity at that time was working in the office and going to Summarecon Mall Serpong for hunting for dinner or just window shopping.

It feels too dear when the sidewalks are neat and the streets are beautiful there when only viewed from a vehicle. Then, no wonder I often choose to go to the office and Summarecon Mall Serpong on foot. Not uncommon, I walked towards the back of the mall. And, From the results of that walk, I know that there is a magnificent and beautiful place of worship, Asmaul Husna Mosque.

Go home to work, I often stop by there before Maghrib. While waiting for the Maghrib call to prayer, I usually sit on the first or second floor. That's when I can see the daily activities there.

Visitors don't just come to pray, but also learn to recite. Sometimes there are people who come just to stop by the canteen next to the mosque. The canteen offers a variety of heavy foods such as rice rames and meatballs.

Artistic

First time visiting the mosque whose color is predominantly green, I was fascinated by the architecture and the artistry. Just like his name, Asmaul Husna themed calligraphy is engraved on the building.

It was the Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, who designed this mosque. The calligraphy he chose is a kufi type with the characteristic of being upright. Kufi calligraphy or khat kufi is said to be the oldest calligraphy in Arabic which developed when people were fond of art.

This kufi calligraphy is the uniqueness of the Asmaul Husna Mosque. More unique, dome design. Usually the dome of the mosque is designed to resemble the shape of a half ball. While the dome at the Asmaul Husna Mosque is designed to resemble an arch.

A cube-shaped building with an environmentally friendly design is also a hallmark of the mosque. Sunlight can enter through the ceiling so that the manager does not need to turn on the mosque lights in the afternoon until the evening.

Mosque with an area of 2.500 This square meter has a capacity of 3 thousands of worshipers. Total, there is 3 the floor over there. The first floor is usually used to hold seminars, religious studies, and wedding reception. Second floor, prayer place 5 time. The third floor is usually used as an additional area during Friday prayers or Hari Raya.

Location:

This mosque is located on Jalan Raya Kelapa Dua Number 31, Gading Serpong, Coconut Dua, Tangerang, Banten. Not far from Summarecon Mall Serpong and Sinpasa Modern Market.
