The initial program was started to provide accommodation and catering for Banyumas DPRD employees in Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. Special packages and group booking options will be provided to meet the needs of event attendees. OYO will collaborate with third parties to provide catering and transportation services tailored to event needs and preferences. For example, for sporting events, OYO will accommodate athletes' dietary needs and provide appropriate consumption options. In terms of transportation, OYO will ensure time efficiency and facilitate mobilization with services such as airport transfers and shuttles.

Apart from consistency in strengthening its position as a market leader, OYO also continues to support the implementation of CHSE principles (Clean, Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability) as well as the sanitized stay initiative and the implementation of contactless check-in to provide comfort to tourists at all its properties in Indonesia. Apart from focusing on expansion, OYO also introduced the 'Managed by OYO' program’ in the year 2024 as a new business scheme that aims to help property owners partner with local entrepreneurs in managing their daily operations.
