On this occasion, Indrama shared his views on Batam which has great potential to become a leading technology center in the region.

NeutraDC also discussed its expansion plans in Batam by building a hyperscale data center at Kabil Integrated Industrial Estate (PICTURE) Batam ultimate capacity 51 MW IT load (initial phase 17 MW) with the green data center concept, for Batam and Singapore data centers.

Indrama also explained, NeutraDC's decision to plan to build a data center in Batam is to answer the huge potential offered by this market. “We are very enthusiastic to announce NeutraDC's involvement in developing the data center industry in Batam. This decision was based on an in-depth analysis of the market and its impressive potential in Batam. According to the latest research conducted by industry experts, Batam offers tremendous opportunities for data center companies looking to expand their operations in the Southeast Asia region.

In the construction of a data center in Batam, NeutraDC as a subsidiary of TelkomGroup collaborates with Singapore telecommunications companies, ST Dynamo ID Pte Ltd (Singtel affiliate), and energy companies, PT Medco Power Indonesia. This collaboration is a strong collaboration and is in line with its role in building data centers.

The existence of a data center in Batam will later complement NeutraDC's digital ecosystem. Currently NeutraDC has three enterprise-scale data centers in Sentul, Serpong, and Surabaya with tier III and IV classifications. As well as hyperscale data centers in Cikarang with tier III and IV classifications.
