It seems Travel or vacation by airplane or other transportation will not be the same again in the next few months. Even though he has been allowed to travel, there will be different, namely the obligation to vaccinate Covid-19.

Qantas airline is claimed to be the first to make this rule. As reported by MatadorNetwork, Qantas Airlines considers that the mandatory vaccination is something that is believed to provide safety to its passengers.

“We will ask all passengers to get the Covid-19 vaccine before they board the plane. For international visitors traveling abroad, this is an obligation,” said Alan Joyce, CEO Qantas.

Joyce believes that Qantas is not the only airline that will implement this rule. Other airlines are believed to be implementing it. “This will be a common thing for all airlines around the world,” he said.

Currently the vaccination requirement is only considered for international travelers coming to Australia. About domestic travel, many things are still uncertain.

“Do domestic passengers need it, yeah we have to see what's going on out there. For sure for international visitors, and citizens who left and left their country, we thought it was a necessity,” kata Joyce.
