In the midst of the second wave of the pandemic, OYO akomodasi accommodation network (OYO Indonesia) presents its newest initiative, the VaccinAid program. VaccinAid is a long-term program from OYO to ensure the properties of partners and their workers have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
Currently, the VaccinAid program is focused on vaccinating frontline workers, like the receptionist, security and cleaning officers at various OYO partner properties in Indonesia.
The main objective of this initiative is to encourage awareness and social strengthening among OYO partner hotels to get the COVID-19 antidote vaccine.
Vaccinaid will be part of the hotel booking process carried out by OYO customers, with VaccinAid, for you OYO app users will have visibility of any hotel on the OYO network with vaccinated staff, either with the first or second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
This allows you to feel more secure when you start booking a hotel. This initiative departs from the findings of an internal OYO survey which shows that 87% survey respondents stated they prefer hotels with vaccinated staff when they return to hotel.
The VaccinAid program is currently running and is divided into three stages:. First, OYO proactively registers partner properties on the OYO Indonesia network to see if workers at the property have been vaccinated or not, to then be advised and directed to the nearest vaccination center in the operational area of the property.
The next step, OYO will actively re-verify to ensure workers at the partner properties have been vaccinated.
The last stage, COVID-19 vaccination-verified properties, will be given the label "VaccinAid" listed on the OYO application, so that it can provide security for those of you who want to stay that the workers at the property have been fully vaccinated.
To date, there have been more than 50 OYO properties spread across the islands of Java and Bali have been vaccinated and received the VaccinAid label.
OYO targets, at least 100 partner properties can get “VaccinAid” label at the end of July 2021 and acceleration in every following month.
Furthermore, to increase trust and the best experience for loyal OYO customers, the vaccination program as OYO Indonesia's support for efforts to accelerate vaccination targets in Indonesia is also manifested in vaccination activities for employees and the surrounding community.
Supported by the Kenari Village Health Office, Senen . District, OYO has held a two-day vaccination program at OYO Townhouse Salemba and by reaching more than 300 participant.
other than that, OYO Townhouse Salemba is also a vaccination center that can be visited by the general public on 19 to 24 July 2021 with quota 300 participants every day. Participants can register through the JAKI application.
