Airbnb has decided to ban property tenants from holding parties that involve many people. This was said to be irresponsible and not in accordance with government regulations in avoiding the corona virus pandemic.
Revealed from The Independent, Saturday, 22 August 2020, the residential sharing platform ended up limiting the number of people who could rent one house at a time. The reason, if not restricted, many tenants make the rental house a party venue.

Airbnb's decision to ban parties was taken after a viral incident occurred at an Airbnb partner property in Scottish Highland. Airbnb says it's prohibited to have parties on Airbnb rental properties and they don't tolerate any offense.
