To help the growth of SMEs, Gojek is collaborating again with BEDO, which is a Business Support Organization (BSO) non-profit, partner from Sampoerna for Indonesia (SUI) which is the umbrella for PT HM Sampoerna's sustainability program, and the South Tangerang City Government providing promo subsidy support for hundreds of culinary MSMEs in South Tangerang in a program entitled "Culinary Promos Together with BEDO x SUI MSME Tridaya Program".
South Tangerang has more than 100.000 MSME actors, where 30% Among them are culinary SMEs. So that, It is important to help culinary SMEs that can absorb a lot of workers.
Dani Oktobianto, as Strategic Region Head Jabodetabek Gojek said:, “We understand that culinary SMEs are one of the business sectors most affected by the pandemic. To continue to support the growth of MSMEs in the Gojek ecosystem, especially GoFood service, we consistently provide solutions that suit their needs. Gojek and Sampoerna for Indonesia through BEDO have the same mission in supporting MSMEs. So that, We believe that the support for the promo subsidy is a total spending of 25% and exposure through digital advertising and GoFood social media will really help MSMEs in attracting more customers.”
