One of the favorite snacks that are currently trending in Korea is, Croffles. Croffles are arguably unique, because this snack comes from two foods, namely Croissants and Waffles, you know!
Actually, basically these Croffles are snacks or snacks from Croissant dough that is inserted into the Waffle making tool. The texture is denser than croissants, But these Croffles aren't as crisp as regular croissants.

Croffles Ingredients
material:
- 100 grams of warm water (40 degrees Celsius)
- 4 instant yeast gram
- 200 grams of all -purpose flour
- 20 grams of sugar
- 4 grams of salt
- 20 gram frozen unsalted butter
- 6 grams of skim milk
- 10 grams of eggs at room temperature
How to make croffles:
1. Mix of warm water and yeast, wait until the yeast works. Next, in a different bowl, put the flour in a bowl. Then you can add sugar, salt, skim milk, butter. And stir well until all ingredients are mixed.
2. You can put a little egg into the yeast dough, make sure the eggs are cold. Then add it to the flour mixture and make sure everything is well mixed.
3. Then next step, pour the dough on a table that has been covered with plastic. Knead the dough until it's smooth.
4. Transfer the dough to a bowl and cover with plastic and let it rest until the dough is doubled in size.
5. You can also while making butter dough for croissants. Then flatten the frozen unsalted butter with a rolling pin, so it doesn't stick sprinkle flour. Wrap the flattened butter with plastic wrap, keep it in the fridge for 15 minute.
6. After that, take out bread dough. Flatten the dough and not too thin and not too thick. Put butter on it then fold the dough until the butter is covered.
7. You can re-roll the dough carefully so that the butter doesn't come out.
8. And let stand at room temperature for 30 minute. Do not forget, fold the dough back and do the same thing up to three times.
9. Flatten the dough again. Then trim it into a rectangle. Slice the dough into a right triangle.
10. Roll from the bottom to the top to form a croissants. Do this until the dough runs out. Let the dough rest at room temperature for a few moments, while preparing the tools to make waffles.
11. Put the dough in the waffle maker until it's cooked. The butter from the croissants will melt into the shape of the mold.
12. Serve croffles with various toppings such as chocolate, honey, whipped cream hingga ice cream vanila.
