OYO Hotels & Homes and Microsoft recently announced a strategic partnership between the two companies to develop technology in the future tourism and hospitality industry.
OYO will adopt Microsoft Azure cloud computing services as the key to driving cloud-based innovation and revolutionizing the technology-driven hospitality and tourism industry.
With this solution, OYO will expand its positive impact on small and medium hotel businesses worldwide. In line with Microsoft's long-term commitment to the strategic partnership between the two. Microsoft will also invest in OYO in equity.

OYO does this ecosystem through its products, Machine Learning applications (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (TO THE), which can run millions of price optimizations per day to increase revenue or allow its users to book OYO in seconds.
Furthermore, as part of this alliance, OYO will develop a Smart Room experience for travelers on the OYO platform, such as premium and personalized in-room voice control experience.
Using Microsoft Speech and AI services, Such experience will also include check-in independently supported by a digital arrival and departure system, identification system Know-Your-Customer (KYC) independent, and smart key for Hotel rooms that are managed using the Internet of Things (IoT) and virtual assistants.
This alliance will include deep technology collaboration between the two companies. In addition to joint innovation, OYO will also start migrating workloads to the Microsoft Azure platform, adopted Microsoft Suite 365 for better collaboration and work productivity, and switch to Github Enterprise to safely accelerate technology development.
