Traveldiva – The Indonesian tourism industry is ready to face the challenges of the digital era with digital literacy training held today. Partnership between Catalysts, business development program supported by the government, and Traveloka, Southeast Asia's leading travel platform, has taken this big step to prepare the tourism industry to face digital change.
This program aims to open up opportunities for training providers from Australia to connect with the Traveloka platform, helps build a strong foundation for the growth of the Indonesian tourism sector in the digital era. The training module includes digital security and ethics, digital marketing, as well as optimizing digital platforms to increase participants' understanding of digital landscapes.
Catalysts collaborate with tafe queensland to provide high quality training that will overcome the skills gap in the Indonesian tourism industry. It also facilitates the participation of disadvantaged groups through technical vocational education and training training (TVET). The hope, This initiative can increase the number of high -quality tourist villages that are able to attract both domestic and international tourists.
A total of thirty selected participants will attend training for five days at Ciputra University, including lecturers, college student, UMKM, tourism operator, Tourism Village Practitioner, as well as representatives from the Surabaya City Government and the East Java Provincial Government.

Previous, Traveloka has successfully organized digital skills training for businesses in the Indonesian tourism industry, including through the tourist village program which is the result of collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
