Air bnb is introducing three big improvements to help guests understand exactly what they're getting before booking:

Collection 2 million most-liked accommodations on Airbnb by rating, reviews, and reliability.
● Assessment feature & latest review
Designed ratings page and new features to help guests understand the quality of each home.
● Lodging List Tab
A new set of tools for Hosts to manage their stays and show the details guests care most about, including AI-powered photo tours (Artificial Intelligence).
“People often describe checking in to Airbnb as a ‘reality moment’ when you find out whether the place you booked is what you expected,” said Brian Chesky, co-founder and CEO of Airbnb. "Statements often do not live up to expectations. We're changing that today. By Guest Choice, Latest review features, and a new Lodging List tab, now you'll know exactly what you're going to get every time you order.”
Introducing Guest Options
The best way to find great accommodations is to find out which ones guests like best. That's why we made Guest Picks—a collection 2 million accommodations that guests like most on Airbnb based on ratings data, reviews, and reliability based on more than half a billion trips.
● Great ratings and reviews
Guests' Choice Places have excellent reviews and have an above average star rating 4,9. These places also get value
high due to ease of check-in, cleanliness, accuracy of accommodation, Host communications, location, and the value offered.
● Outstanding reliability
Guests' Choice Venue has an outstanding track record of reliability, with an average Host cancellation and quality-related customer service issue of 1%.
● Easy to find on Airbnb
Guest Choice is available worldwide, and easy to find on Airbnb. Simply look for the new badge in the search results and on the accommodation page, or use the Guest Choices filter.
Nearly two-thirds of Guest Choices come from Superhosts, who have been recognized for their track record of demonstrating exceptional hospitality.
Latest ratings and reviews feature
Guests have given more than 371 million reviews about their stay on Airbnb. These ratings and reviews are the best way to understand the quality of a place to stay. but, at the moment, There is limited information on the assessment page. Guests also find it difficult to find reviews that are relevant to them. Now, The newly designed ratings page includes three features that make reviews easier to read and much more useful.
● Review sequencing
Guests can now sort reviews by recent reviews or by rating, so it's easy to find the most useful reviews for you
them.
● Rating distribution
New chart showing the distribution of reviews from 1 to 5 star, so guests can easily see the number of positive and negative reviews.
● More complete review details
Reviews that include more information about the reviewer and their travel experiences — including where they are from, duration of stay, and whether they are traveling with family, pet, or in a group.
Introducing the Lodging List tab
Managing the accommodation list is one of the important things that Hosts need to do. This can help guests find out what accommodation they want. Even, we've found that lodging listings with complete information can increase bookings by up to 20%. However, There are still many accommodation listings that do not include important information that guests need because these details are difficult to add.
Therefore, we're introducing the Lodging Lists tab—a new set of tools that makes it easy for Hosts to manage their lodging listings and display detailed information about their lodgings.
● Lodging editor feature
The newly designed interface makes it easy for Hosts to add details about their listings—including amenities, sleeping arrangements, and many more. Hosts can also easily edit the arrival guide to include information guests need before check-in.
● AI-powered photo tour (Artificial Intelligence)
Hosts can instantly create photo tours that organize photos by room to help guests understand the layout of their listing. This photo tour is powered by Airbnb's custom-built AI engine trained on more than 100 million images so it can recognize photos and place them into the 19 room in seconds. Hosts can edit their photo tours at any time and add amenities to each room.
● Smart lock integration
Hosts can connect a compatible smart lock to their Airbnb account and automatically generate a unique code for each reservation. Guests can see the entry code directly in the Airbnb app before they arrive. Smart lock integration will begin rolling out in the US and Canada later this year with support for select smart locks from Schlage, August, from Yale. More feature improvements for Hosts In addition to a new Lodging Listing tab, Update November 2023 includes more improvements
for the Host.
● Price visibility
The price set by the Host includes service fees, helps them better understand the prices guests pay.
● Price comparison
Hosts can now compare their property prices to similar listings via the calendar, so you can easily monitor local price trends.
● Front panel (dashboard) new income
The completely new design dashboard provides a clear visualization of Host earnings, including detailed details of past and future payments, report, filter, and customizable search.
● New options for Co-Host payouts
Hosts get two new options for sharing incoming payouts with Co-Hosts: share cleaning costs or share cleaning costs plus a percentage of the booking nominal.
● New messaging feature for Co-Hosts
Hosts and Co-Hosts can now communicate in the app with the Inbox feature (inbox) new to help them discuss and coordinate upcoming reservations.
Worldwide rollout begins today
Guest Choice, Features latest ratings and reviews, new Lodging List tab, and additional improvements to Host will begin rolling out this week. Hosts can try out this new feature by signing up for Airbnb Early Access (Airbnb Early Access).
Smart lock integration will come to Early Access for venues in the US and Canada later this year. Price visibility and price comparison will be available early next year.
