Supporting the sustainability of the culinary business in the midst of the Emergency PPKM period, GoFood launches a support program for business partners in its ecosystem.
This support is in the form of additional promo subsidies which are fully borne by Gojek for business partners who joined before 1 July 2021 and special commission packages for new business partners who register during the 1 July-31 August 2021.
Chief Food Officer Gojek Group, Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo said that his party understood that the second wave of the pandemic and Emergency PPKM were limiting MSME actors to operate in order to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19..
“Therefore, We are consistently looking for solutions so that business partners can continue to grow, one of them is by launching additional support for promo subsidies during the emergency PPKM period. This program can be used by business partners who have been growing with Gojek and GoFood and register before 1 July 2021," he said.
Not only providing support for business partners who have been loyal to GoFood, Other support for new business partners is also launched.
"During this Emergency PPKM, we also launched a special commission package for new business partners to register and join the GoFood ecosystem starting from 1 July to 31 August 2021. We are doing this effort as one of the solutions to help new MSMEs friends to adapt quickly,” added Catherine.
To continue to support business partners, GoFood also invites customers to buy local MSME culinary products.
"We invite people to stay stay at home and #PesanDariUMKM which we hope can be an encouragement for MSMEs to keep innovating while improving the customer's culinary experience with GoFood. Hopefully we can get through this challenging time together and Indonesia can recover from the pandemic soon, close Catherine.
other than that, GoFood is also trying to bridge MSMEs so that their products can continue to be in demand by their customers. Soon, customers can participate directly in supporting culinary MSME business products on GoFood through promo programs and visibility of #PesanDariUMKM.
More about comprehensive support for business partners, Gojek is gradually presenting a series of non-technological innovations to improve skills and strengthen the application of #ProteksiEkstra during the pandemic.
Namely distributing digital assets that support health protocols in every culinary order, such as safety seal or safety tape. Providing access to education and networking for fellow business partners through the GoFood Partner Community (COMP).
other than that, facilitate access to vaccinations for thousands of business partners in DKI Jakarta and Batam, who also collaborates with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy for a vaccination center in DKI Jakarta. This vaccination access facility will be expanded to other areas.
Then share care kits for GoFood business partners who have been vaccinated. And last, display vaccination status, vehicle disinfectant, and checking the driver partner's body temperature in the application to continue to maintain customer safety and trust.
